Shopify Account Executive Manager

In this role, you will help the merchant achieve their goal by creating a unique experience and product based on an e-commerce solution platform.

• Educate merchants on proper e-commerce store setup.
• Help merchants identify their goals and make the right decisions for their businesses to succeed.
• Provides technical support for merchants.
• Work with internal and 3rd party designers and development teams.
• Progressing the site status so stores launch as efficiently as possible.
• Create new ways of positioning Shopify as a solution for accelerated growth.
• Identify each client’s unique needs and cultivate effective sales strategies.
• Be organized - effectively manage an account set, know your numbers, and maintain a reliable pipeline.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams.
